Contact details you submit through forms on this site (name, email, phone, organization, role, property details, and your message), plus standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited. Customers also generate sensor and account data through the GAIN platform.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, provide and support the service, improve our products, and send information you have asked for. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business (hosting, communications, connectivity, and support), under agreements that limit their use of it, and where required by law.
Sensor data
Measurements taken on your property belong to you. We use aggregated, de-identified measurements to improve model accuracy across the platform.
